The other cat, Dèca, will eat the sour cream from a bowl, a person feeding her with their finger, or off the counter or floor.

Mr. Spoiled Rotten just refuses to feed himself sour cream. And, since I am the one who did such a good job spoiling him, I go in and hand feed him the sour cream.
